Psychotherapy in Central London
You are here because you need something to change in your life. You may know exactly what change you are after or you may just know that things can’t remain as they are.
Or maybe you are living the change that is not of your choice, but you can’t just ‘dismount’. We can either stay still, and let the wave of change crash over us, hoping for the best, or we can learn to understand how to ride it and make the most of the process.
Whatever the case – change is a fact, and managing it is an art.

Therapy – referred to as psychotherapy or counselling
It’s just a conversation
It may sound scary, though I see it as just a conversation, with a difference that the therapist is focused on listening and talking about you instead of waiting impatiently for their turn to talk about themselves (as is the etiquette of any ordinary human exchange).
The most important element in successful therapy is the sense of understanding and respect between you and the therapist. Only then can you decide about the opening of difficult topics and make an effort to face them.
