On the list of New Year resolutions, or general New Life resolutions , this one usually features quite high: maintain the work-life balance and have more ME-time. But how?
We cannot change the number of hours in the day, or how many hours we are asked to spend at work. Yet we want to squeeze in areas that matter: Work, Family, Social Life, Me Time – and avoid overwhelm, burnout, work related depression.
It may seems like a ‘stalemate’, but there is a way out, even though it sounds counterintuitive. We need to add another ingredient (!!!) , which takes away the curse of Time Scarcity and adds the magic of Joy. Let us call it ‘Presence factor.’-
You do not have to stop working or sacrifice ‘ME’ time to increase ‘Family’ time. You just need to increase the value of available time by ‘Presence factor’ by 2.3 times! (contact me for an exact formula😎 ).
Remember occasions when time drags on and minutes stretch forever and yet leave no impact on life. And then those when 10 minutes has the intensity and importance of hours or days… and are still with you…
How to do it?
